Educational Philosophy

Providing educational solutions that transform problems into opportunities!

OINOS helps teachers, students and professional learning communities realize their personal and organizational goals by aligning talent and potential with unique personality preferences. Personality preferences – or Type (the basis of the Myers-Briggs Type Personality Inventory) has been used for over half a century to accurately describe the dominant cognitive functions of countless organizational teams, teachers, and learners.

OINOS uses Cognitive Apprenticeship learning principles to promote personal and professional development by way of cognitive scaffolding, exploration, and metacognitive skills and processes.

By providing them with valuable insights concerning their psychological Type, OINOS helps its clients overcome educational problems by more fully developing a broader range of perspectives and cognitive skills.
